Of all the things I have purchased after a lenghty research, I have never been more split in my decision in whether I should buy the new Magic Mouse. This product is truly the epitome of ” Love it or Hate it” and frankly I dunno which side I should be on. continue reading »

Mac Mini Energy Efficiency (and it shows!) 0

I have been using my brand new Mac Mini for 2 months now. I have read the comprehensive environmental report from the Apple site on the Mac Mini, from energy efficiency, material use, to recyclable materials just to name a few. I happened to take a peek at my household’s utility bill and I was quite surprised that our electricity usage has gone down! I took a couple of photos of my room. Pretty proud of it, considering I came up with the layout and design of it. But the best part of my room is definitely the computer desktop. I wont show you much of my room. With SGD 1000 budget to remake my room, I must say its the best I can come up with. This includes, the LCD TV (the money most spent on) 2 shelves by side of the desktop and the paintwork of my room. continue reading »

Summer Wars movie book 0

Dec16

I came across Summer Wars movie book at Kinokuniya. So tempted to buy, but it’s all in japanese and i dont really understand what they are really saying. Anyways, a major portion of that book, my guess has a lot of director commentary about the movie. It shows numerous shots of the film, much like a story board and almost every one of them has short comments. The thing is, that it is all written in Japanese. If anyone out there would be so willing to help me to translate them, i would very very much appreaciate it!
