Im a fan of mac products. They are expensive no doubt, but the strength in their product lies in their design, use of materials, some of which are free from toxic chemicals and environmentally harmful manufacturing processes and last but not least, reliability.
In less than 3 hours as of writing, Apple will reveal its latest creation: A tablet like computer that falls between the iPhone and a notebook. Finally after months of deciding, I bought the magic mouse at last. Even at the shop, it took me a while to decide whether i should go a head with the purchase (beg borrow steal mantra remember?). I have been using my brand new Mac Mini for 2 months now. I have read the comprehensive environmental report from the Apple site on the Mac Mini, from energy efficiency, material use, to recyclable materials just to name a few. I happened to take a peek at my household’s utility bill and I was quite surprised that our electricity usage has gone down! I took a couple of photos of my room. Pretty proud of it, considering I came up with the layout and design of it. But the best part of my room is definitely the computer desktop. I wont show you much of my room. With SGD 1000 budget to remake my room, I must say its the best I can come up with. I was calculating my finances for next month, what with the purchase of the new Mac mini that I’m going to make soon and I realised that I’m actually a little short! I mean, I can proceed with the purchase, but I will most likely be eating grass for the entire month! I will have to severely cut down on my spending for the month of November and possibly December as well. This is not good news because there are so many upcoming Playstation 3 game releases during those 2 months! Now I have to accept the fact that I would have to delay buying those as well. What a sacrifice.
